I just got to this link via DB Intranet and must say i’m impressed! I have always thought of doing something daring such as this, only you got to the idea first and actually doing it! What inspired you?
To me this is one of the essential experiences of life, and fun at the same time![plus you always end up losing weight at the end of these things*grin*]
All the best for the rest of the journey. Will definitely keep dropping in to see the progress, take care!
Just chanced upon this via dbIntranet and might I say i’m super impressed. It’s one of those things which I have on my ‘To-do-in-life’ lists but you got to the idea first and are actually pursuing it. Brilliant! What inspired you??
To me it would be one of those essential experiences in life and fun n exciting at the same time. What’s better than learning on the road eh..[plus you always end up shedding a considering number of pounds by the end of these things *grin*]
All the best for the rest of your journey. I’ll defnitely be dropping in from time to time to do a ‘location check’ on you. Stay safe and take care!
Hi Shuchi!
Thanks for your note! So nice to hear from people. Yes, no need to worry about waistline or anything whilst doing this. This morning I’m in south Romania - not too many bananas around, but going to test out their puddings the next few days.
Best wishes to you and colleagues in Singapore!
Sue
Hi Shuchi! Aiming for Budapest… But quite a big chunk of Romania still to go before the Hungarian border. Romania beautiful but seems a bit wild - the day after the knife-throwing, I was in a village shop and there was some shouting and I found I couldn’t get out because the shop doorway was pressed full of people watching a horrendous dog fight.I think it all happened by accident. Bit too exciting for me. Finally got out and rode away hastily. Hoping for a quiet day today!
