I first heard via Markus; (who still insists that I can hit a high bouncing ball early on both forehand and backhand if I practise enough...). To celebrate, we have just installed our first Reuters terminal to replace the terrible B.....well it is terrible at some things we need. So far so good. Everyone very very helpful, I must say.
